How to Place an Order
Please check the contents of your shopping basket are correct.
Fill in all required information on the Order form.
All items marked with an asterisk ( * ) must be completed.
When ready, click on the Send Order button.
We will send you an email to confirm your order.

Currency Used
Prices are quoted in:-

    £ - United Kingdom Pounds Sterling
    $ - U.S.A. Dollars
    € - European Euros.

If you would like a price in another currency, please email here.

METHODS of PAYMENT
Paying by Card:
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Solo and Switch.
If you have another card type that does not appear on this list, please email your request stating your card type only.

The total amount will be charged to your Credit Card in your local currency ie:- USA will be in American Dollars, Europe in Euros unless stated otherwise and the United Kingdom will be in British Sterling / Pounds. Your Credit Card will not be charged until your order is ready to despatch. **NB** We reserve our right to check the validity of your card, before despatching any order.

Paying by Check / Cheque
Should you wish to pay by Check / Check, please click here to request more information. Orders cannot be processed until the Cheque / Check has been received. Your Cheque / Check will be lodged into our local bank prior to your order been despatched.

Paying By Other Methods
Should neither of these options suit or should you wish to pay by an alternative method, please contact us by email for further detail.

Postage and Packaging
We will despatch all tiaras and crowns via professional courier. Jewelrey and other items that are not an addition to an order for a tiara or crown, will be sent to you by airmail/post.

Despatch Times
After you have placed your order, we would normally be ready to despatch within 7 to 14 business days. A business day is usually Monday to Friday inclusive.

Delivery Costs
The price displayed on this web site is the only price and it includes delivery to your door. It has been known that these currencies can fluctuate slightly. If in doubt, please verify with your bank manager or a suitable currency converter.

Delivery Times
Exquisite Bridal Tiaras do not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery where the recipients contact details are insufficient or incorrect.

Our professional courier service will personally deliver your tiara or crown.

America 1 to 3 days
United Kingdom 1 to 2 days
Channel Islands 2 to 3 days
Ireland (South) 1 to 2 days
Europe (West) 3 to 4 days
Canada 2 to 4 days
Australia 2 to 4 days
New Zealand 2 to 4 days
South Africa 2 to 5 days
Japan 3 to 5 days
Other Countries 7 to 9 days

In extremely urgent cases we have swifter methods of delivery. If your country does not appear on this list, please email your request and we will confirm a delivery time.

Tracking your Order
Courier Parcel's that are to be delivered outside Europe, can be tracked via the internet, to your delivery address. You can request the tracking number at any stage.

Customs, Excises and Taxes
Although most excises and taxes have been dealt with before we despatch your tiara, please note that you are ultimately responsible for your countries customs declarations, duties, excises and taxes.
If your country applies these taxes and or excises, please be aware of them beforehand. Customs clearing can take from 1 hour to a few days to clear. Should you feel this could be a problem, please email your request and we will try to confirm with the customs of your country.

Refunds and Returns

Unsatisfactory Condition
In the unlikely event that your tiara should reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, we will offer a 100% refund or a replacement to the value of the tiara or piece(s) provided you email us immediately at:- enquiries@bridal-tiara.co.uk and return the tiara or piece(s) in the original packaging to us within 7 days of receipt.

Custom Orders
We do not carry stock items. All our tiaras are completely hand-made from order. Should you design your own tiara or extensively customise a tiara and wish to return it. Postage, Packaging and any applicable discounts will be deducted from the refund. Not a favourable policy, but fair to both parties. Please email us immediately at:-
enquiries@bridal-tiara.co.uk and return the tiara or piece(s) in the original packaging to us within 7 days of receipt.

Returns After 7 Days
Should you wish to return your tiara or piece(s) after 7 days and before your wedding date, we will offer a 100% refund or a replacement to the value of the tiara or piece(s) provided you email us immediately at:-
enquiries@bridal-tiara.co.uk Please also include an Original Wedding Invitation. A photocopy or fax is not acceptable. If this is not possible, please include a purchase receipt of the wedding invitation and return the tiara or piece(s) in the original packaging.

Guaranteed Refund
Your refund is guaranteed provided the tiara or piece(s) are returned, in the original packaging. Refunds will be made via your card, cheque/check or by your original payment process as soon as the returned order is received by ourselves.

**NB** If your order is from outside the United Kingdom - your refund will not include any discounts which are clearly stated on each invoice. Discounts can include urgent or special delivery by professional courier.
